Few in the industry can match Michael Garcia’s experience in delivering financial advisory and project finance work, audit and consulting services to municipalities, school districts and authorities. Since 1990, he has earned a long-standing reputation for offering suggestions, assistance and aid outside of the standard. A testament to his decades of experience in the field, Michael is often asked to share his insights at school finance and audit conferences.
